"The most encouraging words I can say to assist you in completing your dream of being a published author is believing in yourself, having a plan, then working on it! Trust and believe that you have a purpose, be passionate about what you love doing, be persistant in accomplishing your goal, and always be prayerful for direction and guidance. "

Tips...
1) A lot of people tell me they want to write a book but just can't find the time or determintaion to actually do it and my advice is...if you dedicate to writing one page a day or one chapter a week for a year, at the end of that year you will have a book with either 365 pages or 52 chapters. I know it's not that easy but it doesn't have to be as hard as still talking about writing year after year and never getting it done. If writing a book is what you really want to do it, what's stopping you...DO IT!
2) I was told by my mentor to always stay true to myself when writing and to write how I feel instead of what others' may think, say or feel.
3) Create a folder with your e-mail account and SAVE YOUR WORK!! I do not know how many times I have heard writers say their computer crashed or was stolen or the flashdrive is lost or damaged and all work is lost. In saving your work to a folder in an e-mail you will never lose your work again and will have access to it from any computer in the world.
